Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

Shipping & Returns

The EcoTank mono printer reduces printing costs by using a large refillable ink tank and included ink bottles instead of toner. From the first fill you receive enough ink to print thousands of pages, which lowers cost per page and reduces the need for frequent replacements.

Advantages

Replacement ink bottles offer significant savings on running costs, with potential reductions of over 90% in cost per page. The front-facing ink tank and bottles with an airflow system provide mess-free, easy refills without squeezing, while the visible front ink level makes it simple to see when a refill is needed. The printer is covered by a one-year or 100,000-page warranty, supports fast printing at up to 15 ppm, and uses substantially less power than comparable mono laser printers. Built-in Wi‑Fi and compatible mobile printing apps enable printing from mobile devices across the office.

Key specifications

  • Ink system: Refillable front-facing ink tank
  • Included consumables: Ink bottles
  • Print speed: Up to 15 ppm
  • Warranty: 1 year or 100,000 pages
  • Energy saving: Up to 95% lower power consumption vs mono laser
  • Connectivity: Wi‑Fi and mobile printing app support

How to use

Fill the front-facing ink tank with the supplied ink bottles following the manufacturer instructions; the bottles' airflow system eliminates the need to squeeze during filling. Monitor the front ink level indicator to know when to refill. Use the printer's Wi‑Fi connection and mobile apps to send print jobs from smartphones or tablets. Regularly check for firmware updates and follow routine maintenance guidance to keep print quality and reliability.

Recommendations

For lower running costs, use the original replacement ink bottles designed for the EcoTank system and refill only when the front ink level indicates low. Keep the printer on a stable surface and connected to a reliable power source to maintain performance.
