How to use

Fit the appropriate attachment by aligning and twisting it onto the motor body. Place the immersion blender into the food or liquid before starting to avoid splashing, then select the required speed using the step speed control. Move the blender gently up and down and around the pot for an even result. After use, switch off and unplug the appliance, detach the tools and rinse them under running water or place them in the dishwasher if labelled dishwasher safe.
