Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.

The Hybrid (2-in-1) Lenovo ThinkPad T14s is a 14" convertible business laptop with a WUXGA (1920 x 1200) touchscreen, driven by an Intel Core Ultra 7 255U processor. It comes configured with 32 GB LPDDR5x memory and a 1 TB SSD, running Windows 11 Pro. The device combines a slim black chassis with a 2-in-1 hinge for laptop and tablet modes, aimed at professionals who need a balance of performance and mobility.

Advantages

The Lenovo ThinkPad T14s provides a compact 14" touchscreen with high-resolution WUXGA display and a convertible design that supports varied working positions. The Intel Core Ultra 7 255U delivers multi‑core performance suitable for multitasking and business applications, while 32 GB of LPDDR5x memory supports smooth operation with multiple apps and browser tabs open. A 1 TB SSD ensures fast system boot and ample local storage for documents and project files. Windows 11 Pro offers business-focused features and security controls in a familiar interface.

Suitable for

  • Mobile professionals who require a lightweight 2-in-1 for travel and onsite work
  • Office tasks including document editing, spreadsheets and presentations
  • Multitasking workflows such as running virtual machines, databases or development tools
  • Presentations and client meetings using tablet or tent modes with touchscreen interaction

Key specifications

  • Display: 14" WUXGA touchscreen, 1920 x 1200 resolution
  • Processor: Intel Core Ultra 7 255U
  • Memory: 32 GB LPDDR5x
  • Storage: 1 TB SSD
  • Graphics: Integrated Intel graphics
  • Operating system: Windows 11 Pro
  • Weight: 1.4 kg
  • Colour: Black

How to use

Open the hinge to switch between laptop and tablet modes; the 2-in-1 mechanism allows tent and presentation positions as well. Use the touchscreen for direct interaction with apps or pair with a compatible stylus for handwriting and markup where supported. Log in to Windows 11 Pro with your work account to access corporate resources and configure security policies. Store files on the internal 1 TB SSD and install preferred productivity software; regular system updates through Windows Update maintain stability and security.

Recommendations

For best performance, keep firmware and drivers up to date, use Windows power profiles appropriate to your use case (balanced for everyday tasks, high performance for demanding workloads), and enable BitLocker or other disk encryption if storing sensitive data. When using in tablet mode, consider a protective sleeve for transit to avoid screen contact and fingerprints during transport.
