We know how important the great outdoors is to everyone who picks up an Amazfit T-Rex 3. That's why we made sure to use 100% recyclable materials - free of plastic, and biodegradable19 - for the packaging.

We've even removed the charging cable from the box, which has allowed us to save 3g of metal and 4.5g of plastic per cable from being used in production processes. Plus, this means you won't have yet another connector cord tangled up and hidden away at home.

While the charging cable is removed, the charging base is still in the packaging - so you can pick up one of your many USB Type-C cables and plug it into the T-Rex 3's charging base.

Connect to the Zepp App
The Zepp App is where you can really deep dive into the health and fitness data tracked by your Amazfit T-Rex 3, and get actionable guidance to help you achieve your goals.

It's also where you can download your favorites from hundreds of watch faces and mini apps from the in-app store and install them on your watch.

How to use

Charge the watch by connecting a USB Type-C cable to the included charging base. Pair the Amazfit T-Rex 3 with the Zepp App on your smartphone to configure settings, download watch faces and mini apps, and sync activity and health data. Use the touchscreen and physical controls to navigate menus, enable Glove Mode for use with gloves, and switch to night display for easier reading in dark environments. Start workouts from the watch or using templates created in the Zepp App; strength training mode can auto-detect many exercise types and will record reps, sets and rest intervals. Use the built-in GPS for outdoor tracking and enable weather or altitude alerts as needed.

Recommendations

For reliable tracking during long trips, enable GPS and sync data regularly with the Zepp App. Keep the charging base with you and use your own USB Type-C cable when needed. If you plan to use contactless payments, register bank cards in Zepp Pay and follow the app's security prompts. For extreme-temperature activities, verify device operation in the expected temperature range before critical use.
