Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.

Mainstream workstation performance—reimagined
Experience new levels of performance for professional workflows. The HP Z2 Tower AI workstation is reengineered to support high-end graphics and seamlessly run both single and multi-threaded apps for fast modeling, simulation, and rendering. Enjoy easy expandability to upgrade, when needs evolve.

HP recommends Windows 11 Pro for business

Work anywhere without compromising on performance with Windows 11 and HP collaboration, security, and connectivity technology. Summarize and rewrite content, get relevant content recommendations, and stay organized with Microsoft Copilot.[7]

Smaller, Functional Design

The stunning new design features front and rear ledges, so you can easily move your system from location to location.

Independent Software Vendor Certifications

Work with confidence knowing your PC is certified by leading software vendors to ensure peak performance even on complex projects.

HP Anyware

Access the power of your Z from any device with HP Anyware—remote access software delivering fast responsiveness and image quality, even in film editing and data visualizations.[8]

WiFi Connectivity

Wi-Fi 7 can provide higher data rates than Wi-Fi 6E.[9]

Reengineered performance. Refined cooling.

Unleash the power of up to 600W, triple-wide graphics and an Intel® Core™ Ultra processor[1]. Smart fan control tunes fan speeds in real-time. New lattice venting optimizes airflow intake.

Built to expand. Power to grow.

Need to upgrade graphics? Increase memory or storage?[2] Add specialized PCIe cards? With room to expand and tool-less access, you can easily upgrade and add components as needs evolve. Well suited for rack environments, now fit 1 unit in a 4U rack.[3]

Power AI-accelerated workflows

Accelerate AI inferencing and development with the Z2 Tower AI workstation. Iterate and problem solve faster on your local device with a powerful discrete GPU delivering AI TOPS while a built-in NPU[4] takes on productivity tasks.

Help protect our shared future

At HP, we care about the impact our products have on our people, communities, and planet. That’s why this device is EPEAT® Gold[5] with Climate+ and the outer box packaging is 100% sustainably sourced.[6]

How to use

Connect the workstation to power, attach monitor(s), keyboard and mouse, then complete the initial Windows 11 Pro setup. Install required professional applications such as CAD, rendering or data-analysis software, and update drivers through HP Support or Windows Update. For GPU-accelerated workflows, install the appropriate NVIDIA drivers and verify application settings to use the discrete GPU.

Recommendations

For sustained heavy workloads—large renders, long simulations or intensive AI training—ensure adequate ventilation and consider adding more RAM or storage as projects grow. Use official HP drivers and firmware updates to maintain system stability and security.
