Hoya ND4 HMC 37mm Neutral Density Filter with Case

The Hoya ND4 HMC 37mm Neutral Density Filter is a high-quality optical filter designed to reduce light entering the lens by 2 stops (ND4, optical density 0.6), allowing for slower shutter speeds or wider apertures in bright conditions. Featuring Hoya's Multi-Coated (HMC) technology, it minimizes reflections and enhances light transmission while maintaining color neutrality. The filter is constructed from optical glass with an aluminum frame, ensuring durability and precision. It comes with a protective filter case for safe storage and transport.

Advantages

This ND filter enables creative control over exposure, making it ideal for achieving motion blur in waterfalls, clouds, or traffic, as well as for using wider apertures in bright light to create shallow depth of field. The HMC coating reduces flare and ghosting, delivering sharp, contrast-rich images.

Suitable for

• Photographers using lenses with a 37mm filter thread
• Landscape and long-exposure photography
• Video recording in bright conditions
• Enhancing creative effects like motion blur
