How to use

Place the appliance on a stable, heat-resistant surface and ensure adequate ventilation around the fryer. Select the desired temperature and cooking time using the rotary and button controls, then start the unit. For best results, shake or turn contents partway through the cycle when cooking items such as fries or wings. After cooking, switch off and unplug the appliance, allow it to cool, then remove and wash the removable baskets and trays according to the manufacturer's care guidance.

Recommendations

Use a light spray of oil for foods that benefit from added crispness; avoid aerosol sprays that may damage non-stick surfaces. Do not overcrowd chambers to maintain even airflow. Allow the unit to preheat when recipes specify preheating, and consult included instructions for specific temperature and time suggestions for different food types.
