Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

The Princess 182065 Aerofryer Oven is a compact appliance that combines an air fryer and a mini oven to grill, bake, fry, roast and dehydrate. A rotating mesh basket delivers extra-crispy fries without the need to shake frequently, and three included baking plates with air convection technology let you prepare multiple snacks at once. The unit offers temperature control from 40°C to 200°C and ten preprogrammed cooking modes for common dishes.

Advantages

Hot circulating air reduces or eliminates the need for oil when preparing fries, meat, fish and vegetables, allowing healthier cooking with crisp results. The appliance also features a dehydrating function suitable for fruit leather and vegetable crisps. High Speed Air Convection Technology provides even browning and crispiness while keeping the oven suitable for daily use. A digital touch screen, 90-minute timer and overheating protection increase ease of use and safety. The rotating basket includes a removable handle so you can empty it without touching hot surfaces.

Key specifications

  • Model: Princess 182065 Aerofryer Oven
  • Functions: air frying, baking, grilling, roasting, dehydrating
  • Temperature range: 40°C – 200°C
  • Preprogrammed settings: 10 (fries, steak, cake, pizza, bread, fish, shrimp, chicken, rotisserie, dehydrating)
  • Timer: up to 90 minutes
  • Included accessories: baking plate, 3 grill racks, rotisserie basket, handle for rotisserie basket, instruction manual

How to use

Select one of the ten preprogrammed modes or set the temperature manually between 40°C and 200°C and choose the required cooking time up to 90 minutes using the digital touch screen. For crispy fries or snacks use the rotating mesh basket and attach the handle to remove and empty it safely. For larger quantities use the three grill racks and baking plate. Use the dehydrating mode for fruits and vegetables at lower temperatures. Always follow the instructions in the manual for assembly, cleaning and safety precautions.

Recommendations

For best results preheat the Aerofryer Oven briefly before cooking and avoid overcrowding the basket or racks to ensure even air circulation. Use the preprogrammed settings as a starting point and adjust time or temperature as needed based on food quantity and personal preference.
