Einhell Water Pump Suction Hose – Plastic (4173645)

The Einhell 4173645 hose is an accessory designed for water transfer tasks with compatible water pumps. Constructed in black, the hose includes a 1" connector for direct attachment to many garden and utility pumps. It is intended for use in gardening, irrigation and general water movement applications where a reliable, straightforward connection and robust hose material are required.

Advantages

The hose provides a simple and secure 1" connection that enables fast attachment to compatible pumps without requiring adapters. Its durable construction resists common wear from outdoor use and repeated handling. The design focuses on reliable water flow and straightforward compatibility with standard pump fittings, reducing setup time and potential leaks when fitted correctly.

Suitable for

• Garden watering and irrigation systems
• Draining ponds, pools or waterlogged areas
• Temporary water transfer for construction or household tasks
• Connecting to compatible utility and submersible pumps for outdoor use

Key specifications

• Connector size: 1 inch
• Color: black
• Intended medium: water
• Typical applications: irrigation, drainage and general water transfer

How to use

Ensure the pump outlet and the hose connector are clean and free of debris before connection. Push the hose onto the 1" pump outlet until it seats securely; if the pump or hose requires a clamp, fit and tighten an appropriate hose clamp to prevent leaks. Position the hose to avoid sharp bends or kinks that could restrict flow. After use, drain remaining water from the hose, rinse if necessary, and store it coiled in a dry, shaded location to prolong service life.

Recommendations

Select a clamp rated for outdoor and wet conditions if additional fixation is needed, and inspect the hose periodically for abrasion or wear. Avoid using the hose with liquids other than water or at pressures or temperatures beyond those supported by your pump and fittings.
