How to use

Select the required character from the set and fit it into the punch holder according to the tool’s alignment marks. Position the punch on the workpiece where the impression is required, support the workpiece on a hard backing, and strike the punch head with a hammer to create a clear 6 mm impression. For numbered sequences use the No. 2200 set; for letters and the ampersand use the No. 2201 set.

Use on properly supported workpieces and wear eye protection when striking. Choose the correct character set (2200 for numbers, 2201 for letters/&) and regularly check characters and the striking head for wear. Store the punch and characters in the supplied blue plastic box to protect them from damage and loss.
