How to use

Select a section of tubing slightly longer than the area to be protected, slide it over the cable or joint, and apply heat evenly until the tube conforms tightly to the underlying surface. Use a heat gun or hot air tool at the recommended distance and movement to avoid overheating nearby components; if a heat gun is not available a controlled flame may be used with caution on suitable materials. Trim excess tubing with a sharp knife or scissors once cooled.

Recommendations

For consistent results, pre-measure and mark cut lengths, use a regulated heat source at an appropriate distance, and allow the tubing to cool undisturbed before handling. If working near heat-sensitive components, shield them or apply heat in short bursts. Other lengths are available on request; standard spools may contain tied sections.
