How to use

Slide a sleeve over the wire or component before making the splice or solder joint. After joining conductors and allowing any solder to cool, position the tubing so it fully covers the exposed area and any overlap needed for strain relief. Apply heat evenly using a heat gun, hot-air station or a regulated flame source at a safe distance, moving the heat source along the tubing until it conforms tightly to the underlying cable. Allow the tubing to cool to room temperature before handling to ensure a stable seal and insulation.

Recommendations
