Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

The Sony WH1000XM4L.CE7 headphones combine wired and wireless connectivity, supporting Bluetooth and USB Type-C. They have a circumaural design with a comfortable headband, active noise cancellation, and a wide frequency response for detailed playback. Recommended for calls and music, these blue headphones are suitable for everyday listening and travel.

Advantages

These headphones deliver excellent sound quality with a frequency range from 4 Hz to 40,000 Hz and provide flexible connectivity via Bluetooth or a wired USB Type-C connection. The circumaural ear cups and padded headband ensure comfort during extended use, while noise cancellation reduces ambient sounds for clearer calls and immersive music listening. A wireless range of up to 10 m allows freedom of movement when paired with compatible devices.

Suitable for

  • Phone and voice calls
  • Listening to music and high-resolution audio
  • Commuting and travel
  • Home and office use

Key specifications

  • Model: Sony WH1000XM4L.CE7
  • Type: Headphones (circumaural, head-band)
  • Connectivity: Wired & Wireless (Bluetooth, USB Type-C)
  • Frequency response: 4 – 40,000 Hz

How to use

Charge the headphones if using wireless mode, then enable Bluetooth on your source device and pair with the WH1000XM4L.CE7. For wired use, connect a compatible USB Type-C cable to the headphones and your device. Place the ear cups over your ears and adjust the headband for a snug but comfortable fit. Use device controls or built-in headphone controls to manage playback and calls, and activate noise cancellation as needed.

Recommendations

For best results, keep the firmware updated via Sony’s official app, use Bluetooth for convenient wireless use within 10 m, and switch to wired USB Type-C connection when a stable or higher-resolution audio connection is required.
