Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

The Superfire HL60 headlamp flashlight features a large 76 mm reflector that delivers up to 2300 lm and a beam reach of up to 330 m. It runs on two 21700 rechargeable cells (4000 mAh x2) with a Type-C charging port included, offering up to 9 hours of operation. The housing is made of ABS and aluminum alloy and has an IP44 rating for protection against splashes. The lamp includes a USB-C cable and a user manual.

Advantages

The HL60 provides powerful, long-range illumination while remaining comfortable for prolonged wear. Four selectable light modes (High, Medium, Low, Strobe) and an adjustable tilt from 0° to 90° let you match the beam to the task. A built-in charge indicator and USB-C charging simplify battery monitoring and recharging. Durable materials and IP44 protection make the headlamp suitable for outdoor use in variable weather.

Key specifications

  • Manufacturer: Superfire
  • Model: HL60
  • Maximum power: 36 W
  • Power supply: DC 3.7V
  • Brightness: 2300 lm
  • Range: up to 330 m
  • Battery: 4000 mAh x2 (21700)
  • Operating time: up to 9 hours
  • Charging time: approx. 6.5 hours
  • Charging interface: Type-C (USB-C)

  • Weight: 240 g

How to use

Charge the headlamp using the supplied USB-C cable until the charge indicator shows a full battery (charging time approximately 6.5 hours). Attach the lamp to the headband and adjust the angle between 0° and 90° to direct the beam where needed. Select the desired light mode (High, Medium, Low, Strobe) with the mode button. Monitor battery status via the indicator and recharge before the charge is depleted.

Recommendations

For prolonged outdoor use, carry the USB-C cable for recharging and avoid immersing the headlamp in water; IP44 protection covers splashes and light rain but not submersion. Store and charge the device in dry conditions and follow the user manual for safe battery handling.
