We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

How to use

Connect one end of the Savio CL-96 HDMI cable to the HDMI output of the source device (computer, console, laptop, tuner or DVB-T receiver) and the other end to the HDMI input of the display device (TV, monitor or projector).
