How to use

Set up the diskAshur PRO2 directly on the device using the built-in keypad to create a unique 7–15-digit PIN; no additional software installation is required. Connect the drive to a USB port on your computer or device to access data after successful PIN authentication. If the PIN is entered correctly the drive will unlock and behave as a standard external HDD; if the PIN is not provided the drive remains inaccessible.

Recommendations

Choose a PIN that is easy for you to remember but hard for others to guess, keep a written recovery note in a separate secure location if required, and ensure the drive is disconnected when not in use to reduce exposure.
