The Blaupunkt Handheld garment steamer VSI601 is a compact steam iron designed for quick wrinkle removal and fabric refreshment. With a heat-up time of about one minute and a detachable 260 ml water tank, this portable steamer delivers a strong continuous steam flow (1400–1600 W) while remaining lightweight (0.9 kg) and easy to handle. How to use

Fill the detachable 260 ml tank with water, attach it to the unit and connect the steamer to a 220–240 V outlet. Press the power button and wait about one minute for the device to warm up. Use the button to select the desired steam mode: an initial press delivers a larger steam flow, a subsequent press reduces the flow. Hold the steamer vertically and pass the steam head over the fabric to allow steam to penetrate fibers for best results. Use the 2-in-1 brush or mesh cap accessory when indicated by the fabric type, and switch off the appliance after use. Empty the tank and store the steamer in the travel bag if transporting.

Recommendations

Use distilled or demineralized water to reduce scale build-up and prolong the life of the anti-calc filter. Test delicate fabrics in a hidden area and use the mesh cap to protect sensitive materials from direct condensation. Allow the unit to cool before storing.
