The Hama Profi Line UV Nano 46 mm is an ultraviolet camera filter made from high-quality lens glass that reduces haze, blocks unwanted UV colouring and preserves brilliant colours. The filter combines a multi-layer NMC16 anti-reflective coating with a nano-coating that repels water, oil and dirt while offering scratch resistance. Its ultra-thin, wide metal mount minimizes vignetting and can remain on the lens permanently to protect the front element from dust and damage.

Advantages

The NMC16 multi-layer coating (eight layers per side) and vapour-deposited anti-reflective layers ensure excellent light transmission and reduce ghosting and double images. The nano lotus-effect coating makes the filter easy to clean, prevents misting and reduces further dirt accumulation. How to use

Screw the 46 mm Hama Profi Line UV Nano filter onto the front thread of a compatible lens until it is finger-tight. Keep the mount aligned and avoid overtightening to allow easy removal. Clean the filter surface with a soft microfiber cloth or a lens cleaning solution designed for coated optics. If needed, remove stubborn residues gently using a blower and then wipe from the centre outward.

Recommendations
