Gustav Hensel MI6465 4x3xNH00 5-Pole Fuse Cabinet, IP65, 250 A, Thermoplastic, Black

Where standard distribution enclosures force you to add extra boxes for multiple outgoing circuits, the MI6465 from Gustav Hensel integrates four NH00 fuse disconnector slots and a five-pole busbar system in one compact, impact-resistant thermoplastic cabinet. The result is a central protection point that keeps the installation footprint small and the wiring logic straightforward, even in demanding environments with moisture, UV exposure or rough handling.

Highlights

• Four NH00 fuse positions, each rated up to 160 A, with a total busbar capacity of 250 A
• Five-pole configuration (3 phases + neutral + PE) for TN-S and TN-C-S networks
• Metric pre-punched knockouts on all sides for clean, tool-free cable entry
• Transparent, sealable door allows visual inspection without exposing live parts
• Protection class IP65 – dust-tight and protected against water jets
• Operating temperature range from -25 °C to +55 °C for indoor and sheltered outdoor use

In daily use

Electricians appreciate how quickly the MI6465 goes from unboxing to energised. The metric knockouts line up with standard cable glands, so there is no drilling or filing required. Inside, the NH00 fuse bases are pre-wired to the busbar, reducing the chance of connection errors. The door hinge can be reversed in the field, and the latch accepts a padlock or lead seal for lockout/tagout procedures. Because the enclosure is fully insulated, it eliminates the need for supplementary earthing of the housing itself.
