How to use

Place the RICOH 360 Meeting Hub on a flat surface at the centre of the meeting table or mount it on a tripod for standing sessions. Connect the unit to a laptop with the supplied USB‑C cable and open your preferred conferencing application — no additional drivers or complex configuration are required. Use the touch sensor on the unit to switch between layout options (360° panoramic, split-screen 180° and other available layouts) and let the device automatically focus and highlight active speakers.

Recommendations

Position the unit centrally and ensure a clear line of sight to participants within 3.6 m for best image clarity; place noisy equipment away from the device to improve voice pickup and reduce background noise.
