How to use

Mount the MeetingBar A25 on a table or ceiling according to room layout and connect power and network. Use the VCR11 remote to sign in and control camera zoom, presets and call functions; direct sign-in via the CTP25 controller is also supported for simplified single-login operation. For BYOD meetings, connect the device to a computer using the supported wired BYOD method (via CTP25) or use native Teams Rooms/Zoom Rooms clients. Enroll the device in your management platform to enable remote configuration and firmware updates.

Recommendations

Place the bar centrally facing participants to maximise the 151° field of view, and enable noise reduction features in noisy environments. For best audio pickup, avoid placing strong noise sources within 1–2 metres of the device.
