The PureLink VL-VB300 is a flagship group video conferencing system combining a 4K ePTZ camera with an 8 MP CMOS sensor, a 120° wide-angle lens and support for up to 60 fps. This all-in-one video bar integrates a MEMS microphone array, stereo speakers and an embedded ProAV media switcher with wired and cross-platform wireless connectivity. The system includes a USB-C wireless presentation dongle for quick content sharing and supports HDMI and USB-C (with power delivery) connections as well as wireless casting from Windows, Android and Apple devices.

How to use

Place the VL-VB300 centrally in the meeting room or mount according to the installation guide so the 120° lens covers the desired area. Connect the unit to power and your network via Ethernet or Wi‑Fi, then attach displays using HDMI or a USB‑C connection with power delivery if available. For guest presenters, plug the supplied USB‑C dongle into a laptop and press the button to connect; up to two dongles can be used simultaneously for split-screen collaboration. Use the web UI to configure camera framing, tracking and presentation settings before meetings and to perform maintenance tasks such as firmware updates and remote reboots.

Recommendations

For optimal audio pickup and camera tracking, position the video bar so it faces the primary seating area and avoid placing speakers or noisy equipment close to the device.
