Frameless display privacy filter Lenovo 4Z11G77597 34 inch

The Lenovo frameless display privacy filter for 34 inch monitors is designed to reduce on-screen visibility from side angles while maintaining image clarity for the person directly in front of the screen. This privacy filter fits edge-to-edge on full-screen 34" displays without a visible frame, preserving the monitor's aesthetic and touch responsiveness where applicable. It is intended for professional and public settings where confidential information may be displayed.

Advantages

This frameless privacy filter narrows viewing angles to protect sensitive data from shoulder surfers and passersby while preserving contrast and colour accuracy for the main viewer. Its edge-to-edge design integrates cleanly with widescreen monitors, avoiding added bezels and reducing reflections. The filter is lightweight and removable, allowing easy installation and removal for cleaning or secure sharing of the screen when needed.

Suitable for

• Office workstations displaying confidential documents or spreadsheets
• Public-facing terminals and reception desks
• Shared workspaces and open-plan offices
• Healthcare, finance, and legal environments handling private information

Key specifications

• Compatibility: designed for 34-inch full-screen widescreen monitors
• Form factor: frameless, edge-to-edge cover
• Privacy performance: narrows lateral viewing angles to obscure on-screen content
• Optical properties: maintains central clarity and colour for direct viewing
• Physical: lightweight, thin construction for minimal added depth
• Attachment: removable mounting method suitable for temporary or semi-permanent use

How to use

Before installation, clean the monitor surface to remove dust and fingerprints. Align the frameless privacy filter with the edges of the 34" display and attach it following the manufacturer's mounting instructions, taking care to avoid trapping dust. For removal, gently detach the filter from one edge and lift it away from the screen. Store the filter in a protective sleeve or flat surface when not in use to prevent scratches. When cleaning, use a soft, lint-free cloth and manufacturer-recommended cleaning solution to avoid damage to the optical surface.

Recommendations

Use the privacy filter in environments where screen confidentiality is required and combine it with good screen-height and seating arrangements to maximise privacy. If you need occasional shared viewing, temporarily remove the filter or tilt the screen toward the secondary viewer rather than forcing a prolonged viewing angle that defeats the filter's function.
