The FoodSaver FFC022X Oval Box 1.2 L Black Transparent is a vacuum-capable food storage container designed to preserve freshness and lock in flavour. Made from durable Tritan™ material, the container is crystal-clear with black accents and holds 1.2 litres, making it suitable for leftovers, meal prep and short-term storage in the fridge, freezer or pantry. It features a long-lasting vacuum seal, a flexible lid with easy-open tabs and is compatible with FoodSaver® vacuum sealer systems (except FFS010X appliance).

How to use

Turn the green valve on the lid to select Vacuum or Marinate mode. Attach a compatible handheld sealer or accessory to the valve, then press the vacuum button on the sealer to remove air and create a vacuum. The vacuum indicator will show when air is removed. For marinating, select Marinate mode and run the vacuum cycle to accelerate flavour infusion; check food and repeat cycles as needed. After use, release the vacuum following the sealer instructions before opening the easy-open tabs.

Recommendations

Use the Vacuum mode for general preservation of cooked foods, fresh produce and bulk ingredients; use Marinate mode when you want to quickly infuse flavours into meat, fish or vegetables. Clean the lid and container in the dishwasher as recommended, and ensure the valve and seal are dry and free of food debris before attaching a sealer. Do not use with the FoodSaver FFS010X appliance.
