FoodSaver FFC023X is a 1.8 L oval food storage container that preserves freshness and seals in flavour. The black-transparent design provides clear visibility of contents while the durable Tritan™ construction resists cracking and staining. The container offers two modes — Vacuum to extend freshness in the freezer, fridge and pantry, and Marinate to speed up marinating of meat, fish and vegetables in minutes. It is compatible with FoodSaver vacuum systems (except FFS010X) and works with handheld sealers and accessories.

How to use

Select the desired mode by turning the green valve on the lid to Vacuum or Marinate. Attach a compatible handheld sealer or accessory to the valve and activate the vacuum function until the vacuum indicator confirms air removal. For marinating, choose Marinate mode and run the vacuum sequence to reduce marinating time to minutes. Release the valve using the easy-open tabs when ready to open.

Recommendations

Use for portioning meals, preserving delicate produce, and preventing freezer burn. Allow hot food to cool before sealing, avoid overfilling the container to ensure a proper vacuum, and wash lid and container in the dishwasher for convenient cleaning. Do not use with the FFS010X appliance.
