Fitness step Rebel Active 2-levels, polypropylene, non-slip surface, 680×280 mm, assisted height adjustment

Rebel Active Fitness Step is a two-level aerobic step platform made from durable polypropylene with a non-slip surface. Measuring 680 × 280 mm, the step offers two height settings and assisted height adjustment for quick, tool-free switching between levels. Supplied as a single unit in black, this compact fitness step is intended for home workouts, group classes and rehabilitation sessions to support cardio training, coordination drills and lower-body strengthening.

Advantages

The polypropylene construction provides a sturdy, impact-resistant surface that tolerates repeated use. A textured, non-slip top enhances safety during dynamic movements and reduces the risk of slips. How to use

Place the fitness step on a flat, stable surface before use. Set the desired height by engaging the assisted adjustment mechanism until it locks into position, following any visual alignment cues on the unit. Step onto the platform with controlled movements, maintaining even weight distribution and a neutral posture. Combine stepping sequences, lateral moves and jumps according to your training plan, and reduce intensity or lower the height if you experience discomfort. After use, clean the surface with a damp cloth and mild detergent if needed, and store the step in a dry place.

Recommendations

Use appropriate footwear with good traction and allow sufficient space around the step to perform full-range movements. For rehabilitation or if you have existing health conditions, consult a physiotherapist or instructor to determine suitable progressions and step heights.
