Lanberg FO-LULU-MD31-0010-TQ is a 1 m OM3 multimode fibre optic patch cable with LC connectors on both ends in Aqua colour. It is designed for short-range high-speed multimode links such as InfiniBand and enterprise network connections, providing a duplex LSZH cable with 50/125 µm cores and a 3.0 mm jacket.

How to use

Inspect connectors and ports for debris before mating. Align LC connectors with the corresponding LC ports on transceivers or patch panels and push until the latch clicks to secure the connection. Avoid excessive bending near the connector; maintain at least the specified 7.5 mm bend radius. For removal, press the LC latch and pull the connector straight out.

Recommendations

Store the cable coiled loosely without sharp bends, keep dust caps on unused connectors, and route cables in trays or organisers to prevent strain. Use OM3 LC–LC patch cables for short-distance high-speed multimode links; for longer distances or single-mode requirements select appropriate fibre types.
