How to Choose
Split ratio
Ratios of 1x4, 1x8 and 1x16 divide one fibre into four, eight or sixteen outputs.
Connectors
Some models are fitted with SC/APC or SC/PC connectors, while others are listed without a connector type. Check which you need.
Optical data
Operating wavelength is 1280-1650 nm. Maximum insertion loss is below 10.8 dB for 1x8 and below 14.0 dB for 1x16.
Cable
G.657A singlemode fibre, 0.9 mm diameter, 1.5 m cable length. The use is given as fibre to the point (FTTX).
