Why buy Extralink from DistriNode?
Specialist fibre portfolio
With over 200 fibre cable SKUs in stock — from indoor patch to outdoor trunk cables — Extralink at DistriNode covers single-mode and multi-mode requirements for both short-run and long-distance installations.
Heavy-duty cable pulling rods
Extralink Pilot fibre glass (FRP) cable pulling rods are available in 11 mm and 13 mm diameter, lengths up to 350 m. Designed for duct installation, conduit threading, and underground cable routing without kinking.
Network transceivers in stock
Extralink SFP and transceiver modules for enterprise switching and media conversion are available across multiple wavelengths and form factors — eliminating long lead times from OEM channels.
Complete installation supply
From Ethernet patch cables and antenna accessories to fibre splice boxes, DistriNode lets you order all Extralink installation materials in one consolidated shipment — saving time on site.
Extralink product range at DistriNode
Installation tip: Extralink Pilot FRP pulling rods in 13 mm diameter (300 m and 350 m coils) are rated for greater tensile loads in long conduit runs. For tighter bends or narrower conduits, choose the 11 mm variant — both share the same yellow FRP core for durability.
Frequently asked questions — Extralink at DistriNode
What cable pulling rod sizes does DistriNode stock for Extralink?
DistriNode carries Extralink Pilot FRP cable pulling rods in 11 mm diameter (350 m) and 13 mm diameter in both 300 m and 350 m coil lengths. All are fibre glass reinforced for professional duct and conduit installation without permanent deformation.
Does DistriNode supply Extralink fibre optic cables for outdoor trunk installation?
Yes. Fibre cables are the largest single category for Extralink at DistriNode with over 200 SKUs. The range covers indoor, outdoor, direct-burial, and armoured configurations in single-mode and multi-mode variants — available by the drum or cut lengths.
Are Extralink SFP and network transceiver modules available at DistriNode?
Yes — Extralink network transceiver modules are stocked at DistriNode across multiple wavelengths and speeds, suitable for enterprise switches and media converters. These offer a cost-effective alternative to OEM-branded modules with compatible specifications.
