How to use

Drill the specified Ø 1.4 cm hole into the concrete stringer, insert the nylon fixing sleeve, place the wooden tread accurately, and drive the matching screw through the tread into the sleeve. As the screw is tightened, the sleeve expands in the concrete to secure the anchor. After mechanical fixation, apply cold wood glue into the predrilled hole or onto the screw/sleeve interface and allow the adhesive to cure to bond the fixing into the wooden tread.

Recommendations

Use cold wood glue designed for structural wood joints and follow the adhesive manufacturer's curing times. Pre-check drill depth and alignment before final tightening. For safety and durability, ensure the concrete substrate is sound and free of loose material; do not exceed the recommended drill diameter or use undersized screws.
