How to use

Fill the water tank to the required level and insert tamped ground coffee into the portafilter according to the desired dose. Attach the portafilter to the group head and activate the brewing cycle using the machine controls. Monitor extraction and stop the cycle when the desired volume for one or two espressos is reached. After brewing, remove the portafilter, discard the used grounds and rinse the portafilter and drip tray as needed.

Recommendations

Use medium-fine ground coffee and preheat the cup for best espresso crema. Descale the water circuit periodically according to water hardness and frequency of use to maintain performance. Avoid overfilling the portafilter and ensure the machine is placed on a stable, level surface to prevent spills.
