ELSO Contura Surface-Mounted Schuko Socket Outlet 385004, 1-Gang, Pure White

The ELSO Contura 385004 brings a clean, minimalist surface-mounted Schuko socket to spaces where flush-mounted installation isn’t practical or desired. Unlike standard flush sockets that require wall cavities, this surface-mounted unit mounts directly onto walls, cable ducts, or furniture panels, making it ideal for retrofits, workshops, utility rooms, and temporary setups. Its pure white finish (RAL 9010) and rounded Contura design blend unobtrusively into both residential and commercial interiors, while the robust thermoplastic housing ensures long-term durability.

Highlights

• Surface-mounted (AP) design for easy installation without wall recess
• Single Schuko socket (Type F) with screw terminals for secure wiring
• Rated 16 A / 250 V AC – suitable for standard household and office appliances
• Pure white colour (RAL 9010) matches ELSO Contura switch ranges
• Halogen-free thermoplastic material for improved fire safety
• IP20 protection – intended for indoor dry locations

In daily use

Connect a desk lamp, charger, or small appliance and the socket delivers reliable power without wobble or looseness. The screw terminals accept rigid conductors up to 2.5 mm², ensuring a firm connection that withstands repeated plugging. Because the housing is surface-mounted, you can position it exactly where you need power – near a workbench, behind a TV, or along a skirting board – without chasing walls. The pure white finish resists yellowing and wipes clean easily, keeping the installation looking fresh over time.
