How to use

Place the scale on a hard, flat surface. Switch it on and wait for the display to zero. Step onto the platform with bare feet so the electrodes make contact and stand still until the measurement completes. Recommendations

For most consistent results, measure at the same time of day (preferably morning) on a flat surface, with minimal clothing and hydrated normally.
