How to use

Place the scale on a flat, stable surface. Install the CR2032 battery in the compartment according to the polarity markings. Step onto the center of the platform barefoot or with light clothing and remain still until the reading stabilizes. The scale will display weight in the selected unit and switch off automatically after a short period of inactivity.
