How to use

Place the scale on a stable, level surface and switch it on. Wait for the LCD to zero and use the tare function to subtract container weight before adding ingredients. Select the desired unit (g, ozt, dwt, lb:oz) using the control buttons. Allow approximately 2 seconds for the reading to stabilise after placing items on the weighing surface. After use, switch the scale off or rely on the auto power off to conserve batteries.

Recommendations
