How to use

Place the scale on a flat, stable surface and switch it on using the control buttons. If required, insert three AA batteries or connect an AC adapter. Allow the display to stabilise (about 2 seconds) before placing items on the weighing surface. Use the tare function to zero the scale with a container in place, select the desired unit of measurement, then place the ingredient and read the value. Remove items after weighing; the scale will switch off automatically if left unused.

Recommendations

The scale performs best at room temperatures between 18 and 25 °C and relative humidity up to 80%. Avoid placing it near drafts, hot surfaces or direct sunlight. Clean the weighing surface with a damp cloth and avoid heavy impact or immersion in water. Use the tare and unit-selection functions to ensure accurate measurements for recipes and portioning.
