How to use

Place the KW-2445 on a flat, stable surface and insert the two AAA batteries. Turn the scale on using the touchscreen, set the desired unit (grams or pounds) and place an empty bowl on the glass plate if needed. Press the tare button to zero the display, then add ingredients and read the weight on the digital display. To weigh additional ingredients in the same bowl, press tare again between additions. After use, switch the scale off to conserve battery life.
