How to use

Place the scale on a flat, stable surface and switch it on using the Sensor Touch field. If required, press the tare function to reset the display to zero before adding a container or the first ingredient. Place the item to be weighed on the glass surface; the weight will appear on the extra-large LCD in 1 g increments. Use the HOLD function to lock the displayed weight for up to 10 seconds if the object obscures the screen. After weighing, wipe the glass surface with a soft, damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
