The KWB 206520 drill bit set contains two precision ground, DIN 338 standard twist drills with right-hand cut and type N (cylindrical shank). The bits have a 135° tip angle and are cross-ground to DIN 1412 C for reliable self-centering. Finished in natural (self) colour, these industrial-quality drills are suitable for drilling in steel and alloyed steel, cast steel, die castings, sintered steel, non-ferrous metals and hard plastics. The set is supplied in a blister pack for convenient storage and handling.

How to use

Position the 135° tip on the intended mark, start drilling with steady pressure and allow the bit to clear chips periodically. For metals, use cutting fluid to extend tool life; for plastics, reduce speed and avoid excessive heat to prevent melting.
