We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

The D2201KH is a professional IP video door station engineered for demanding residential and commercial entrances. It combines a wide-angle camera, two-way audio with echo and noise cancellation, a built-in 125 kHz RFID reader, and two bi-stable latching relays for door or gate control. Power is supplied via Power over Ethernet (802.3af Mode-A) or an external 15V DC source, and connectivity is available through Ethernet or Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz).
