Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

The Lenovo 5D11J33858 15.6" Full HD is a replacement display compatible with Lenovo ThinkBook 15 G5 IRL (21JD). This 15.6-inch panel provides a Full HD (1920×1080) resolution to deliver clear text and sharp images for daily computing tasks, office work and multimedia playback. Designed as a direct-fit component, it restores the original screen size and native resolution when replacing a damaged or non-functioning display.

Advantages

This Lenovo 15.6" Full HD display offers native Full HD resolution for improved readability and image detail compared with lower-resolution panels. As an OEM-compatible part intended for the ThinkBook 15 G5 IRL, it preserves display dimensions and mounting points to simplify installation. The panel is suitable for standard laptop brightness and color performance expected in productivity and mixed-use scenarios.

Suitable for

  • Replacing a damaged or cracked screen on Lenovo ThinkBook 15 G5 IRL (21JD)
  • Repairing a non-functional or flickering laptop display
  • Restoring original Full HD resolution for office, study and home use

Key specifications

  • Screen size: 15.6 inches
  • Resolution: Full HD (1920×1080)
  • Form factor: laptop replacement panel compatible with the specified ThinkBook model
  • Intended use: internal laptop display for general productivity and multimedia

How to use

Before installation, power off the laptop and disconnect the battery or AC adapter. Remove the damaged screen assembly following the manufacturer service guide or a qualified technician's instructions to avoid damaging connectors and surrounding components. Align the replacement panel with the laptop housing, reconnect the display cable securely, and reattach any bezel or mounting screws. Power on the device to verify display functionality and resolution settings, and adjust system display preferences if needed.

Recommendations

Handle the screen panel carefully by the edges to avoid pressure on the active area. Use an anti-static work surface and appropriate tools. If unsure about the replacement procedure, consult an authorized service provider to ensure proper fit and preserve warranty conditions.
