How to use

Place the main unit indoors on a stable surface where the display is clearly visible. Install batteries in both the main unit and in the external sensor according to the user manual. Mount the external sensor outdoors in a shaded, ventilated location away from direct sunlight and heavy rain to ensure accurate temperature and humidity readings. The unit will automatically receive data from the wireless sensor; use the display controls to switch temperature units, view pressure/humidity trends, set the clock and program the alarm.

Recommendations

For best accuracy, position the outdoor sensor at a standard height (about 1.5 to 2 metres above ground) in a shaded area with good airflow.
