• Display: clear digital screen with simultaneous temperature and humidity readout
• Power: battery-powered for portable indoor use
• Mounting: freestanding design for placement on flat surfaces
• Size and weight: compact and lightweight for easy relocation

How to use

Place the Mesmed MM-778 Higo Plus on a stable, level surface away from direct sunlight, heating vents or drafty windows to ensure representative indoor readings. Insert the required battery according to the manufacturer's markings and allow the sensor a short stabilization period after power-up for accurate measurements. Read the current temperature and humidity directly from the display; check periodically to track changes or before adjusting HVAC systems or humidifiers.

Recommendations

For best results, position the device at approximately eye level in the main area where climate control is used, and avoid placing it near heat sources or sources of moisture. Regularly check battery condition and replace batteries when display dimming or erratic readings occur. Use the hygrometer's readings as a guide when setting humidifiers, dehumidifiers or ventilation to maintain recommended indoor humidity levels for comfort and preservation of sensitive items.
