How to use

Switch the recorder on, select the desired recording mode (MP3 or PCM) and position the device to face the sound source for best clarity. Use the backlit display to navigate files and settings. To transfer recordings, connect the Voice Tracer to a PC or Mac via USB — no installation is required — and copy files directly. For transcription, upload recorded files to the Sembly Speech-to-Text cloud service to convert audio to text and generate meeting minutes with multi-speaker identification.

Recommendations

For best results place the recorder close to the speaker(s) and choose PCM mode when highest audio fidelity is required. Use MP3 for longer recordings and easier sharing. Expand storage with a microSD card for very long sessions and keep spare AAA batteries for uninterrupted recording.
