How to use

Hold the pliers by the dissipative handles and position the precision-shaped tips around the wire or component lead to be cut, keeping the wire as close to the board as needed for a flush cut. Squeeze the handles evenly until the cutting edges close completely. Use the opening spring to return the pliers to the open position and the opening limiter to control the jaw travel as required.
