Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.

Lenovo ThinkCentre M90s Gen 6 SFF is a compact desktop PC designed for business and office environments. It is powered by an Intel Core Ultra 7 265 processor with up to 5.3 GHz boost, equipped with 32 GB DDR5‑5600 memory, a 1 TB SSD for fast storage, integrated Intel graphics and comes with Windows 11 Pro 64-bit preinstalled. The small-form-factor chassis and 310 W power supply make it suitable for space‑constrained workstations and multitasking applications.

Advantages

The system provides a balance of processing power and responsiveness through a multi‑core Intel Core Ultra 7 265 and high‑speed DDR5 memory. Fast NVMe SSD storage reduces load and boot times, while integrated Intel graphics supports everyday office graphics tasks without a discrete GPU. Compact SFF design and a 310 W PSU allow flexible placement in small offices or desks. Windows 11 Pro offers enterprise features and security appropriate for business use.

Suitable for

  • Office productivity and document processing
  • Multitasking and business applications
  • Remote work and virtual meetings
  • Basic data analysis and spreadsheets

Key specifications

  • Processor: Intel Core Ultra 7 265 with up to 5.3 GHz boost, 20 cores
  • Memory: 32 GB DDR5‑5600 (2 x 16 GB)
  • Storage: 1 TB SSD (NVMe)
  • Graphics: integrated Intel graphics
  • Connectivity: Ethernet LAN 100/1000 Mbit/s, Wi‑Fi 7 (802.11be), Bluetooth 5.4
  • Operating system: Windows 11 Pro 64‑bit
  • Power supply: 310 W
  • Form factor and weight: small-form-factor (SFF), approximately 5.3 kg
  • Colour: Black

How to use

Place the ThinkCentre M90s Gen 6 on a stable surface with adequate ventilation and connect a monitor, keyboard and mouse to the available ports. Connect to a network via Ethernet or Wi‑Fi 7 and sign in to Windows 11 Pro to complete setup. Use built‑in storage and memory for installing business applications, and rely on integrated graphics for standard office visuals. For heavier graphics or specialized workloads, consider adding external peripherals or networked resources.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, keep system firmware and Windows updates current, use antivirus protection appropriate for business environments, and ensure regular backups of critical data to external or cloud storage.
