Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

Professional-grade color

Count on consistent, accurate colours right out of the box with Dell PremierColour. Custom colour modifications, incredible colour depth and a wide colour gamut meet your precise, professional standards.Wide colour coverage: The new Dell UltraSharp 25 Monitor with PremierColour offers 100% Adobe RGB and 100% sRGB as well as two new colour spaces: 100% REC 709 and 98% DCI-P3, which are ideal for video editors during post-production work and animation designers who deal with colour-critical projects.Precise, accurate colours: Each monitor comes factory-colour calibrated with a deltaE of less than 2, making any colour differences between the desired colour and onscreen colour indistinguishable to the human eye.User-enabled adjustments: Dell's software development kit, or SDK, enables customers with a proprietary colour solution to customize Dell UltraSharp Monitors with their preferred specifications. You can also fine-tune colour parameters, including RGBCMY saturation,RGBCMY hue, RGB and RGB offset.Extensive colour gamut: You’ll appreciate a high level of detail – even in dark areas – with a colour depth of 1.07 billion colours, That’s approximately 64 times more colours than standard monitors.

“There is a type of monitor that does not cost much more than a standard model but does offer much more work space. Experts know about it, but because they don't have a very recognisable name, they are often missed by those looking for a new, affordable…”

Verdict: A long story, but how well does the UP2516D hold up? It actually does so quite well: in nearly every aspect it is an excellent monitor. The price / performance ratio is very good, meaning it would definitely deserve a Great Value award. It is not often...
