How to use

Place the fryer on a stable, heat-resistant surface and insert the enamelled oil container and basket. Fill the container with the recommended amount of oil suitable for deep-frying. Close the removable stainless steel lid and set the desired temperature on the rotary control up to 190 °C. Wait for the power/stand-by indicator to show the fryer has reached the set temperature, then lower food into the hot oil using the basket. After frying, switch off the appliance, allow oil and unit to cool, remove the heating element if needed for cleaning, and empty or wash the oil container and basket. Dishwasher-safe parts can be cleaned in a dishwasher according to manufacturer instructions.

Recommendations

Do not exceed the deep-frying capacity (approx. 400 g) to avoid oil overflow. Use oils with appropriate smoke points for the selected temperature and replace the filter in the lid as recommended.
