Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.

Dahua WizSense PTZ camera adopts advanced deep learning algorithms to support primeter protection with high accuracy. The camera is equipped with smooth control, high quality image, and good protection, meeting compact size demands of video surveillance applications.

Starlight Technology
For challenging low-light applications, Dahua’s Starlight Ultra-low Light
Technology offers best-in-class light sensitivity, capturing color details
in low light down to 0.005 lux. The camera uses a set of optical features to balance light throughout the scene, resulting in clear images in dark environments.

Smart H.265+
Smart H.265+ is the optimized implementation of the H.265 codec that uses a scene-adaptive encoding strategy, dynamic GOP, dynamic ROI, a
flexible multi-frame reference structure and intelligent noise reduction to deliver high-quality videos without straining the network. Smart
H.265+ technology outranks standard H.265 video compression, reducing bit rate and storage requirements by up to 70%.

System Overview
Dahua WizSense PTZ camera adopts advanced deep learning algorithms to support primeter protection with high accuracy. The camera is equipped with smooth control, high quality image, and good protection, meeting compact size demands of video surveillance applications.

SMD 3.0
Empowered by Deep-Learning Algorithms, Dahua SMD filters out motion detection alarms triggered by targets that are not a concern. It quickly recognizes humans and vehicles, triggering alarms when an intrusion occurs.

Wide Dynamic Range
The camera produces vivid images, even in high-contrast lighting conditions, by using industry-leading wide dynamic range (WDR) technology. For scenes that quickly alternate between bright and low lighting, WDR adjusts to fully capture both the bright and dark areas of a scene, producing superior quality videos.
