How to use

Fit the cut-off wheel onto a Dremel mandrel 402 according to the tool manufacturer’s instructions and secure it firmly. Operate the rotary tool at suitable speed, not exceeding 35,000 RPM, and make cuts using only the wheel edge. Keep steady, controlled motion and avoid applying sideways pressure that could stress the wheel. Do not use the wheel for sanding or for creating curved holes.

Recommendations

Wear appropriate personal protective equipment including eye protection, gloves and hearing protection. Ensure workpiece is clamped securely and allow the wheel to reach full speed before contacting the material. Replace wheels that show cracks, chips or other damage.
